In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using the bn33 Platform in any manner whatsoever, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the bn33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bn33 Platform and close your Account by contacting the bn33 support team via live chat.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of bn33, including registered Players, visitors browsing the Platform without an Account, and any representatives acting on behalf of a Player.

Use of the bn33 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement and is not subject to waiver or exception under any circumstances.
• You are accessing and using the Platform solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of bn33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bn33 or had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

bn33 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and on a periodic basis for compliance purposes. Players are required to cooperate fully and promptly with all such verification requests.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one Account with bn33 at any given time. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method linkage, or any other detection method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bn33 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held in them.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must notify bn33 support immediately via live chat if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bn33 will never contact you by any channel to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to be from bn33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number must be made through the official Account Settings process, which requires verification of both your existing and new mobile numbers via OTP. bn33 bears no liability for failed communications or payments resulting from inaccurate Account information.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. bn33 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts as permitted under applicable gaming regulations. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered number prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Any remaining balance will never be reduced below zero, and the Account can be reactivated at any time by contacting bn33 support.

5.1 Deposits

bn33 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. bn33 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources and to return such funds if received. Any attempt to deposit funds derived from criminal activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified Real Money Balance (Bonus Funds and uncleared wagering requirements are excluded).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability.
• bn33 targets the following processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — up to 4 business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times.
• bn33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and may suspend a withdrawal pending compliance review without incurring liability.

5.3 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for determining whether any winnings received through bn33 are subject to taxation under applicable Pakistani law. bn33 does not deduct, withhold, or remit tax on behalf of Players. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes tax advice, and Players should consult a qualified tax professional if in doubt.

bn33 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms provide otherwise:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or any strategy that bn33 determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Unless otherwise stated, a Player may claim any given promotional offer only once. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer constitutes bonus abuse and a breach of the Single Account Policy in Section 4.1.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• bn33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be provided via the Platform or by SMS to registered Players.
• Real Money Balance is always wagered before Bonus Funds. Players may not withdraw Real Money Balance winnings to avoid wagering Bonus Funds — the wagering requirement attaches to the Player's Account, not to specific funds.

All games offered on the bn33 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or in the Game Information section. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game only.

Bets placed on sports markets, including cricket, UFC, and other events, are governed by the Sportsbook Rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Key provisions include:

• All bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and maximum stake limits published per market.
• bn33 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an incorrectly priced market or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the system. Disconnection or technical failure on the Player's end after acceptance does not void an in-play bet.
• The settlement of all bets is subject to official event results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of result reversal or abandonment, settlement rules specific to each market type apply.

For live dealer casino games at bn33, all outcomes are governed by physical game mechanics under the control of professionally certified dealers. bn33 does not manipulate live dealer outcomes. Digital RNG-based games use RNG systems that are independently tested and certified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Players or circumvents the Platform's security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity. bn33 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the Player concerned.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets. Winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bn33 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your location or identity.

All content on the bn33 Platform — including but not limited to the bn33 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text, software code, and audiovisual content — is the property of bn33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bn33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bn33 Platform content without prior written authorisation from bn33. Unauthorised use of bn33 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn33 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, force majeure, or any event outside bn33's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data, including bet history or Account records, caused by technical failure, provided bn33 takes reasonable steps to maintain data backups.
• Any gaming loss incurred by a Player — gaming is inherently probabilistic, and losses are an expected feature of gambling, not a Platform defect.

bn33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of problem gambling among its Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated immediately through Account Settings or by contacting support via live chat:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set period. Automatic logout can be activated after a defined session duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up messages appearing at regular intervals during play summarising time elapsed and net gaming result for the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account access for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access casino games.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term suspension of your bn33 Account. Available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bn33 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.2 Closure by bn33

bn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit associated balances — in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Determination that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is closed for a breach, bn33 will provide written notification via SMS or email to the Player's registered contact details within a reasonable time, unless such notification is prohibited by law or would compromise an ongoing investigation.

bn33 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material amendments — those that significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by SMS notification to registered Players no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or non-material updates — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised upon every amendment.

Your continued use of the bn33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account as described in Section 12.1 before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bn33 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and bn33, you are encouraged to first contact the support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure described in Section 15. bn33 will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable period and in accordance with its licensing obligations.

bn33 does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts with respect to any claim arising from the gaming Services, as the Platform operates under an international gaming license rather than a Pakistani domestic gaming license. Players who are uncertain about the legal status of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction are advised to seek independent legal advice before registering an Account.

bn33 maintains a formal complaints procedure for Players who wish to raise a dispute or grievance related to the Platform, their Account, or any aspect of the Services. The procedure is as follows:

Step 1 — Informal Resolution via Live Chat

Contact the bn33 support team via the live chat function available within the Platform. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the majority of cases, complaints are acknowledged and resolved within a single session. Have your Account username and a description of the issue ready.

Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, you may submit a formal written complaint by email to the address provided below. Your complaint should include: your full name, registered mobile number, Account username, a clear description of the complaint, all relevant dates and transaction references, and the specific outcome you are seeking.

Step 3 — Escalation to Licensing Authority

If you remain dissatisfied following completion of Step 2, you may escalate your complaint to the regulatory authority under whose license bn33 operates. Details of the relevant authority are available from the bn33 support team on request.
